Return and reimbursement policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product.
You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.
Returning your order is completely free. To use the free return service, you must use the return label provided by Compridis. Returns at your own expense will not be reimbursed.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
You can easily return your order (delivered with UPS, Trunkrs or DPD) via our returns portal with the tracking number of the delivery and your zip code. Please note: do not use an order number.
To return large or heavy products or if your delivered product has a (technical) problem, please first contact customer service via info@compridis.com stating your order number.

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
